Our facility is conveniently located in Willis, TX just minutes from I-45. Our 5,000 sq ft of shop space houses our Bodor A3+S 3KW Sheet Laser and Bodor K230 3KW Tube Laser, a dedicated welding area with two 5x10” Siegmund fixture tables and a 37” Deburring & Finishing EZ Sander.
Sheet laser cutting for carbon, stainless and aluminum with our precision laser. Capable of cutting up to 3/4” Carbon, 3/8” Stainless and 1/4” Aluminum. Our sheet laser is at the forefront of technology, which allows us to give our customers diverse products with exceptional accuracy.
Our design team uses Solidworks Premium to create the most accurate and detailed designs. Years of experience that ensures your project is done with the utmost quality.
Our tube laser can cut round, square, rectangle, angle, c-channel and beam profiles. Capable of cutting up to 3/8” Carbon, 1/4” Stainless Steel and 3/16” Aluminum. Tube laser technology allows for us to add weldments with cutouts, holes and notches to create more intricate projects to suite your needs.
We offer premier welding and fixturing services with Mig, Tig and Spool Gun capabilities with our Millermatic 255 welding machines and Siegmund fixture tables.
